Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or playing Roid Wars (“the Game”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Game.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Game. By using the Game, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts are prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property and Prohibition on Copying

4.1 Ownership

All content, code, artwork, game mechanics, designs, logos, names, documentation, and other materials associated with Roid Wars are the exclusive intellectual property of the Roid Wars development team (“the Developers”). All rights are reserved.

4.2 Prohibition on Copying, Cloning, and Reproduction

You may NOT, under any circumstances:

• Copy, reproduce, duplicate, or clone the Game in whole or in part.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
• Create derivative works based on the Game, its mechanics, artwork, UI designs, or any other component.
• Replicate or imitate the Game’s concept, systems, or distinctive features for the purpose of creating a competing or similar product.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract game data, assets, or content through automated means.
• Distribute, sublicense, lease, sell, or otherwise make available the Game or any portion thereof to any third party without prior written consent.

4.3 Enforcement

Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of the Game or its components may result in immediate termination of your account and may subject you to civil and criminal liability under applicable intellectual property laws.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party tools.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other players.
• Impersonate any person or entity, including game administrators.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Game or its servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or game systems.
• Exploit bugs or glitches — report them to the development team instead.

6. In-Game Content and Virtual Items

• Virtual items, resources, ships, and other in-game assets have no real-world monetary value.
• The Developers reserve the right to modify, remove, or reset in-game content at any time.
• Trading, selling, or purchasing accounts or in-game items for real currency is prohibited unless explicitly enabled by the Game.

7. Service Availability

• The Game is provided “as is” and “as available.”
• The Developers do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• Maintenance, updates, and patches may require temporary downtime.
• The Developers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game at any time without prior notice.

8. Termination

The Developers reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Cheating or exploiting.
• Abusive behavior toward other players or staff.
• Any activity deemed harmful to the Game or its community.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game. The Developers shall not be liable for any loss of data, progress, or in-game assets. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to the Developers in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Game, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

11. Modifications to Terms

The Developers reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated through in-game notices or the Game’s official channels.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Game shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction in which the Developers operate.
